By using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
We provide non-medical homecare services including personal care, companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders. Specific services will be outlined in a separate care plan agreement.
Clients agree to provide accurate information, maintain a safe home environment, and give at least 24 hours notice for schedule changes.
Payments are due as agreed in the service contract. Late payments may result in suspension of services.
Cancellations require at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
In case of emergency, caregivers may contact emergency services and notify the designated emergency contact.
We are not responsible for pre-existing medical conditions, unsafe home environments, or events beyond our control.
We respect client privacy and protect personal information according to applicable laws.
Either party may terminate services with written notice unless immediate termination is required for safety reasons.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts.
